Training Program
VIP3 fosters true interdisciplinarity and collaboration in the life sciences which involves a broad set of techniques and approaches. The outstanding scientific and technological services available on campus provide strong support for fellows’ innovative ideas. Furthermore, the fellows will be immerged in an open and collaborative culture featured on the VBC campus that greatly facilitates exchange of knowledge and expertise.
VIP3 offers all the incoming fellows a professional development workshop covering skills such as self-assessment, effective communication, conflict management, and time / project management.
