VIP³ will recruit highly talented and driven applicants and offer them a structured mentoring and training programme. Our programme shall facilitate fellows to become innovators and leaders in their field of expertise in academia or beyond.

VIP³ fellows can opt for an up to 6-month secondment in a place or sector suited for their aspirations. This instrument serves as a steppingstone for their future career, offering a holistic and dynamic learning experience in any area or sector of their choice to gain traction for their future career.

VIP³ has established partnership with 7 renowned institutions around the globe (see list of “International Collaborators”).  These partners agree to act as sources for third mentors, secondments, and scientific collaborations.

The VBC is a highly vibrant, multicultural campus featuring more than 80 nationalities.

The fellows are supported to attend two international conferences during their tenure.

The VIP³ program is supervised by the VIP³ Steering Committee, which is composed of one senior faculty member from each VIP³ hosting institution.
